Neo Hair Lotion India currently ships orders only within India. International shipping is not available at this time. Orders are processed after order confirmation and payment or COD verification. Processing usually takes 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery location, courier availability, and pincode serviceability. Remote locations may take longer. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment. Cash on Delivery may include an additional charge and is available only for serviceable pincodes. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared by SMS, WhatsApp, or email where available. Please provide a complete delivery address, correct pincode, and reachable mobile number. Delivery delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address details or customer unavailability are not the responsibility of the store. If an order is returned due to failed delivery, incorrect address, or customer refusal, reshipping may require an additional shipping charge. If your package is damaged, opened, or missing any item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and an unpacking video where possible. We do not accept or ship international orders. Orders with delivery addresses outside India cannot be processed.
